2. Pricing and Payment
The displayed price for Business Boost Kit 2026 is ₹299 as the current launch price, unless another price is shown during checkout.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown at checkout where required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and providers made available on our website, which may include Razorpay. Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation.
Please retain your order confirmation and transaction reference for your records.
3. Digital Delivery and Access
Our products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.
Following successful payment, product access instructions or download details will be provided through the delivery method specified on the product page.
If you do not receive your access instructions, check your spam or junk folder and contact support@megabundle.online with your order details.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address during checkout and maintaining access to the account used to make your purchase.
Some templates or features may require a Canva account, a compatible browser, or a paid Canva subscription, depending on the content used.
4. Canva and Third-Party Licensing
Canva is an independent third-party service. Digital By Aakash is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Canva templates and Canva library content remain subject to Canva’s applicable Content License Agreement and other relevant terms. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
A Canva subscription does not give you unrestricted ownership of Canva content. Content categorized as Pro or otherwise restricted must be used according to its applicable license.
Where Canva requires templates containing Pro Content to be provided through Canva Template Links, the relevant delivery and resale process must comply with Canva’s current requirements.
You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to your use of Canva and other third-party services.
5. Permitted Use and Commercial Use
Subject to the applicable license terms, you may:
Customize templates for your own business and marketing activities.
Edit text, colors, images, and branding where the template and its underlying assets permit.
Use finished designs for eligible social media, promotional, and business purposes.
Use customized designs in eligible client projects, subject to applicable licensing restrictions.
These permissions do not grant ownership of Canva or third-party assets and do not allow you to redistribute restricted content as standalone files.
6. Master Resell Rights (MRR)
Where Master Resell Rights are expressly included with your purchase of Business Boost Kit 2026, you may resell the product under the terms of the included Commercial Use & License Guide.
The MRR terms require reselling the product at a price higher than the original purchase price. You must also pass on the applicable MRR terms when transferring those resale rights to your customer.
MRR applies only to the rights that Digital By Aakash is authorized to grant. It does not transfer copyright ownership of Canva or third-party content or permit you to sublicense, distribute, or resell restricted assets independently.
Any onward resale must comply with the included license, Canva’s current terms, third-party licenses, and applicable law. MRR does not override those restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Distribution
Unless expressly authorized under the applicable product license, you may not copy, redistribute, publish, or resell our product files or guides.
You must not claim exclusive ownership of Canva or third-party assets, remove required attribution, or use any content beyond the permissions granted by its applicable license.
Nothing in these terms restricts resale rights expressly granted under the applicable MRR license, subject to the limitations described above.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are handled according to our published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital delivery does not remove any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Product Updates and Availability
We may update product files, instructions, descriptions, pricing, and website features from time to time.
Changes to future offers do not automatically change the terms of a completed purchase. Any material change affecting existing customers will be handled consistently with the applicable license, purchase terms, and law.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the stated digital delivery and access process and to address reported technical issues.
10. No Guarantee of Business Results
Business Boost Kit 2026 provides design resources and templates. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, audience growth, customer acquisition, or other business outcomes.
Results depend on factors such as your business, offer, marketing strategy, and implementation.
